Our Traditional® 8” x 3 ¼” Chinese Chef’s Knife resembles a cleaver, but is for cutting soft vegetables, fruits, and meats. While the size may make this knife look unwieldy, it is quite light and versatile in the kitchen. Even better, the large blade can be used for moving ingredients from the cutting board into the pan or the flat side can be used for smashing cloves of garlic. The handle is made of a hardwood handle and is designed to fit comfortably in the hand without causing fatigue during extended use. (#8110)

One of my favorites
This knife is a powerhouse. The blade is perfect for chopping, dicing, and even scooping ingredients off the cutting board, while still being sharp and precise enough for more delicate cuts. It feels solid in the hand. Balanced. Super sharp edge out of the box.
