Our scalloped utility slicers are a favorite of chef’s all around the world. Our V-LO® 8” version is long enough to tackle most larger foods, like melons and thick cuts of meat. The scalloped edge makes it great for tackling foods with tough exteriors, like breads, thick rind fruits, and more.
